Director of Online Learning and Social Media
Amy (she/her) is privileged to support Wild Abundance’s mission toward community skill-building and resilience. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University at Albany, SUNY, where the foundation for understanding complex social and political structures was laid. This study, combined with an ever growing awareness of the climate crisis, inspired Amy to transition from a “traditional” career path to one where her work aligned with her environmental values. Since that time, she’s worked on farms and for farmer-support organizations throughout the Southeast and joined the Wild Abundance team in January 2018, where she manages social media and online class coordination. Amy is a life-long learner who enjoys experimenting in the garden, growing and arranging cut flowers, singing, personal development, spoiling her cats, and spending time with friends and family.
