Mana Vermeulen-McLeod (she/they) is a life coach, tantra teacher, mom, builder, tree-worker, hairdresser, group facilitator, community member and in support of creative, authentic and embodied expression. She grew up in the Netherlands and immigrated to the USA in 2003 to create a family. She lives in Earthaven Ecovillage, Black Mountain, a living laboratory in sustainable practices. She has been building for 2.5 decades and loves encouraging other women+ to gain embodied experience with tools and wood. Some of her most enjoyable projects include building a 21 ft yurt, finish-carpentry on her own off-the-grid home and a cabinetry internship with her quirky neighbor.
