Waiver for Online Class Component included in your purchase

By checking the associated box in the registration form, I understand that I am signing this waiver in exchange for my participation in the class organized by Wild Abundance, LLC (“Wild Abundance”). I hereby release Wild Abundance and anyone associated with Wild Abundance from any right I have to sue for or collect any amount due to my being injured in connection with the class, even if I am injured or die, or if any of my property is damaged.

This class is for educational purposes only. I have been advised that the class involves building and construction for personal knowledge and skill building. I am aware that building and construction work CAN BE RISKY. Construction sites are dangerous environments, and risks of construction may include bodily injury caused by tools, such as saws, hammers, and nails, electrical hazards, falls or other injuries from ladders or scaffolds, excavation collapse, hearing damage, injury-related trauma or emotional distress, or other serious injury to my person or property. I have been advised that I must be in adequate physical condition to participate, and if I am not in condition to participate THAT MAY LEAD TO INJURY. I have been advised that I should consult with my physician prior to engaging in strenuous physical work. I understand that I may be exposed to a variety of other hazards and risks, foreseen or unforeseen, including serious personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, and death. I know that injuries and damages may occur by natural causes or activities of other persons, animals, class mates, class instructors, and assistants or third parties, either as a result of negligence or intentional wrongdoing.

BEING AWARE OF THESE RISKS I am still willing to participate in the class. I hereby ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with participating in the class and agree not to hold anyone responsible for any injury I may sustain. I acknowledge that the organizers are relying on my agreeing to this document before I am allowed to participate in the class. I agree to follow all instructions and wear all required safety equipment.  I AGREE TO RELEASE FROM ANY LEGAL LIABILITY AND AGREE NOT TO SUE Wild Abundance, Inc., its owners, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and instructors, and their successors, heirs, and assigns, for any injury or claim resulting from my participation in the class, regardless of the cause, including the alleged negligence of the instructors.  I FURTHER AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Wild Abundance, Inc., from and against any claims, lawsuits, damages, attorneys fees, costs or judgments arising out of my participation in this class.

I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE and I am GIVING UP EVERY RIGHT I HAVE TO RECOVER FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE OR DEATH occurring as a result of the class. This waiver and release shall be binding upon myself, my heirs, next of kin and personal representatives.

I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and I am mentally competent to sign this Release and that I understand what this Release means.

I agree that if any suit is filed arising out of the class or my participation, it will be filed in Buncombe County Superior Court, and governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
